I'm about the same size and the biggest board I've ridden is a 168 cambered Rome Flag. Right now I'm on a NeverSummer Legacy 166. I personally didn't like the SkunkApe, I felt it was dead feeling. Not bad but not overwhelming. In reality the 4cm isn't going to make that much difference to the overall stability of the board. It all depends on preference and what type of terrain your riding. If you're riding Pow and steeps you the extra length makes sense. If you're riding groomers or small mountains I'd say go for the shorter board.
