It won't because there is only one guy working on the IT side of things...just imagine how quickly problems on roll out day will be addressed...or 6 months later...or a year. Snowboard.com is synonimous with "Just wait, it'll be fixed in the new version", meanwhile posts from the last two weeks just fell down the rabbit hole and there is not one peep from the admins for days. Just ask yourself at this point where would they get the money to put a REAL concerted effort behind making the site actually work? I would bet there are the same 20+ core people that post there each day, and while an awesome group, they don't make it profitable.
