Lol thanks. Not incredibly useful. You can't tell in the pic where I'm doing a high kick, but it's a high velocity spinning kick. I call it tornado kick lol. That one is semi-useful mainly because people who aren't familiar with it do not know what's going to follow. I can change the height too so either low or high. Also change the movement so off to the side or in one spot etc...
These are just maneuvers I practice for TKD maintenance and balance. The only real useful one is the sidekick. That's my favorite kick. I practice that the most.
Other than that, it's mainly basics I stick to when it comes to sparing or gasp... fighting. I have minimalist philosophy.
I just get a good workout and have fun with the flashy stuff.
