If it's the later, the answer is always to ride. Especially this late in the game when it's still so good.
Well the issue is my strained groin, which refuses to heal properly. It takes it 3 or 4 days to recoup after riding before I'm ready to ride again. I did only one weekend of multiple-day riding this year up at Boyne and it wasn't a good idea. I want to make the most of my day Sunday, you know.
