Default Progression question for trip planning

I am planning a trip to our somewhat local mountain this season. One of the rules of the mountain is that I have to have a 4 hour lesson before I'm allowed on the main slope. The question comes in regarding what I can expect out of the 4 hours. It will be a 2 hour lesson in the morning with about an hour and a half between. For lunch or practice or whatever I supose. Then a second 2 hour lesson in the afternoon. If all goes well and i progress as the general person would, can I enjoy the rest of my stay on the hill, or is 4 hours not really enough to learn what I would need to go and do my own thing. The resort only has the one hill, none of the green, blue, black ot seems everywhere else has. You can check it out at www.afriski.net they have a 360 view of the hill. If you sugest more lessons I will cut my stay down a day and take another one. Other wise I plan on 4 nights and 5 days on the slope. Mid week off season, so there won't be to many people in the lessons taking up to much time. And on a side, can I expect to be jumping anything and doing any tricks with in that time.
