Yeah, I'm slowly getting back in the weight room.
Just before the season this winter I was benching 320lbs. I'd like to get back there. While I don't make the big weight my focus, it'd be nice just to maintain where I was pre-injury.
Typically in the summer I focus on low weights and lots of reps to pop. I got enough bulk to last a lifetime. hah
True story, that last bit. I also focus on big compound lifts that primary work the prime movers. I've always gotten the most bang for my buck that way.
