The 5 days I planned to be there the week I bought the pass (...decided to buy at the last minute!) Lift tickets were going to cost me $225. Instead I paid $389 for the pass which lets me ride for the remainder of 2012/13!

So,.. $389 - $225 = $164
Next weekend up would have been $70 so now = $94
Last weekend,.. $45

So,.. Essentially I'm riding at Boyne for ALL of next season for $49!!!!
Would've been a bargain either way you look at it but with this extended April you definitely got a bargain.

Wish I could go next weekend... If I had known last week (I knew there was a good *chance* but I was not certain), would've made plans to do that instead of Hawk. As it was, I took the "certain" over the "maybe". And kinda sorta told the wifey I was done for the season. If they're open in May -- and they very well might be -- then maybe I'll test the waters and see if I can get up there for a day, but I'm not really counting on it.

I can rationalize this, kind of: if I go to Boyne, I know I'll just hurt myself in the park there, so, better just stay home
