Get yourself some body armor!!! Seriously. I had some bad falls when I first started doing jumps and rails, nothing broke just bad bruises that killed the rest of the day on the mountain so I was hesitant to continue. Got myself padded shorts and shirt and it helped so much with my confidence. The shirt I have has a hard spinal column so landing flat on my back on a box feels like nothing.
