Well fortunately it's nothing like what you had to deal with, but yeah I'm hoping it's nothing that will take too long to get over.
nah, an injury is an injury. They all suck.
That said, I'm doing (relatively) light squats now. Benching close to normal weights and brisk walking for well over 30 minutes a pop. I think I'm going to graduate to the eliptical the next time I'm at the gym.
Really the only thing I get is occasional stiffness in the morning that works itself out within 5 minutes.
oh, I take that back. My core is ridiculously weak right now. Simply sitting up from bench presses is pretty tough. I should probably begin core strength training now.
