Keep the reports and pics coming, thanks (for those that have to live vicariously through others, at least for the next month or so).
![]() From what I've heard it's still cold enough for Perisher to be blowing snow at night but they haven't had much natural snow in a while and things are thinning a bit off-piste. It also looks like they will get a good chunk of rain before the next dump, but the base should be solid enough to come out the other side intact. |

Hey guys and girls! First time post, so I figured it would fit in well here. Been boarding for a little over 3 years now and been primarily in Queenstown and was lucky enough to hit up Whistler earlier this year. Was in Queenstown about 2 weeks ago now and all going well should be back there mid next week for about 4 weeks. One day ill hit up some Aussie mountains but I just love going to NZ too much still. Every time I hit the mountain I learn something new and my addiction for boarding continues to grow! Anyway ill keep cruising around the forum checking shite out but if anyone is in Queenstown over the next month or so feel free to send me a PM and we can go for a shred somewhere.

I'm in QT at the moment but I'm a bit of a n00b, I'm linking turns and shit and having a lot of fun but I've got tons of work to do before I'd use the word 'shred' in a sentence.
Warm one this week in QT, hopefully the snow will come once school holis are over... |

Haha, its all good. We where all there once. So it seems I can start my holiday early and will be head over to NZ next week sometime and was thinking about spending a few days in Melbourne on the way across and visiting and Aussie mountain...I guess the question is, is it worth it or am I best off just heading straight on over?

Soooo just got back from Buller today, it rained most of the morning, was slushy sticky snow, and average cover. Not awesome at all, fuck can't we get a 30 inch storm happening????? Buller is shitting me, on the plus side there were some nice kickers some people made so that made it a bit more fun.

My daugter reported an awesome day at Perisher on Sunday. She was up with her crew at 6am to enjoy freshies most of the morning on Blue Cow. Officially I think they reported 15cm overnight but she said it was more than that.
