Pow Skate Skate, pre-season triple feature

couldn't stand to look at this anymore without doing something about it!

snowghosts already in Nov mean were doing pretty good...they are calling it 'record' coverage at 55" on top

1.5 hrs, 2300 vert feet later, summit of Big Mtn...Glacier Nat'l Park 30 miles distant...air temp was 15*

a good 18"+ of pow in places, never hit bottom the whole way down, seemed like Feb!

Part 2: wasn't yet done, got a good 45 mins at the skatepark too...did i mention it was only 15*F! frikkn frigid..had to stop for my frozen fingers...my snowboard run was the right side of Ptarmigan Bowl, which is seen in the background top...

lil ice in the big pool, no prob!

Part 3: the most dangerous part of the day, 8 blocks kick to get some well deserved refreshment, hah!

don't know why i like to do these multiboard days, but when i can it's been a personal tradition for years...when all the elements and timing are right i've gotten a dusk kayak paddle into the mix too
