Well today I forced myself out the door to go play in the snow. My legs were pretty tired from my race yesterday, but I made sure I got out. Today we opted to go after the Twin Couloirs since I knew they still were looking pretty good.
Looking back towards the Great Salt Lake ![]() The North Couloir looks pretty melted out so we decided not to hit that one. ![]() Here they are looking tasty ![]() ![]() Unfortunately, we were unable to bag both of them today since the left one had already cleaned itself out and we weren't up for fighting avy debris ![]() Once we were finally on the snow, Ryan couldn't contain himself and I think he forgot how to skin so he ran carrying his splits. ![]() Skinning across the apron it was best we spread out pretty far. Gotta stay safe. ![]() I finally booted to the top and was treated with this view ![]() Ryan gets into site from booting up

Very nice! I've given up on couloir bagging for this season. The weather has just been too nice. That and you have to hike about twice as far before getting to snow line has me hiking and riding bikes instead. Way to get after it.

It took about 3 hours to get to where the snow is I think. Winter time it is a much longer hike due to the road being closed. Your only access then is sledneckin or a horse
