So, I'm pretty sure I'm gonna order a 14/15 Gnu Billy Goat and need to figure out what I'm going to do for bindings. I've rounded it down to three options:

1- I have a pair of 13/14 Flow NX2-RS bindings on my LibTech TRice and I could transfer them to the Billy Goat.

2- I bought a lightly used pair of NX2-AT's last year and they're still in the box. Since they're just below the stiffness scale on the Flow chart (the RS is the stiffest) I could transfer them to the TRice if I put the RS's on the Billy Goat.

3- Buy another pair of NX2-RS's for the Billy Goat and leave the TRice alone. Since Flow changed their line for this year the RS is no longer available - at least in name. Due to the new Flow bindings not being generally available yet I can't get any info as to how stiff the new models will be compared to last years RS. There are still some good deals on the 13/14 RS bindings to be found but I think I'll need to act pretty quick.

I'm thinking that the AT's will pair up nicely with the TRice (the AT's and TRice are stiff but not as stiff as the RS's and BG) and I should transfer the RS's to the Billy Goat. What I don't know is if the AT's will be stiff enough for me on the TRice. I normally ride the stiffest bindings I can find - I had the Flow NXT-FRX biding before I got the RS's. I bought the AT's because I got a great deal on them and figured I'd either use em or sell em and break even.

Does anyone have these pairings currently? Any thoughts?

I'd pick #2

Waiting for someone to photoshop the limes guy trying to hold all his bindings..

Why not try the NX2-AT's with the Trice? I don't think one day would lower their resale value, would you go for option 3.

All in all, I wouldn't call this a dilemma.

Well, since I'm not sure how the 14/15 Flow line is going to shake out I have a limited time to pick up another pair of 13/14 RS's if I choose to go that route. If I wait until December and find that the AT's aren't stiff enough the odds of still being able to locate a pair of 13/14 RS's will be greatly diminished - that's my dilemma.

The RS is alive in the NX2 GT Fusion. The "AT" line changed with a nylon heelcup/highback but the RS is the same. The reason for the change in highback for the "AT" was the difference the last couple years between the RS and AT was pretty minimal really. It was primarily in the top panel going from Nylon to Carbon. With the power triangle inherent in all Flow bindings, that made very little difference. So to further distinguish between the two NX2 models they have the base NX2 a nylon heelcup/highback.

The AT's you have will genuinely be fine on EITHER board. Keep those.

What size are your AT's? Maybe wanna let go of those for a reasonable price? :)

Have tried to get them for me or my brother, but no dice finding them in Scandinavia...

Seems like you prefer flow bindings. I just put some union chargers on my billygoat. I hope i don't break the carbon fiber high backs. If i do maybe i can get union to replace them with the factory highback.

I think I'm gonna put them on the TRice but I'll let you know if I change my mind. :)

Woe to those who transfer bindings between boards
