Default Old Cartels on New Lib Tech TRS

I just bought a new Lib Tech TRS and would like to ride it next weekend at Mammoth. The problem is I have an old set of Burton Cartel bindings (probably 2005 3 bolt discs), which I do not think will fit on my new board. I saw a few binding adapter discs on eBay that may do the trick.

Has anyone tried this?

Thanks for the Help.

I'm gonna go buy a nice brand new car and take the old worn out, dry rotted tires I have on my current car and try to put them on the new one even though it's a different size wheel.

That's what you're trying to do.

I am getting new bindings soon, but need to do some research first. Besides my old bindings are comfortable and have never given me problems.

The bindings worked great! Switching the disc was simple and the bindings felt awesome. I am sure the new Cartels are a little lighter and maybe stiffer, but so what. I am no pro.

My new Lib Tech TRS is awesome.
