Hinge plate?

What are people's opinions on Forum's hinge plates? Do they make a noticeable difference?

Nivek 12-10-2013 10:56 PM

Is this really still relevant? The brand is dead...

But yes, it is noticeable.

the brand's dead but the binding are still available and there like $100 off and i need new bindings.

does the hinge plate make things more smooth or something?

It is the same concept as the reflex just 2 pieces instead of 1.

snownstuff 12-11-2013 08:24 AM

ok i just read a bit on the reflex and i want a flexy or hinge plate now but i can't decide if it's worth getting a new pair of 2013 forum shakas for $120 and having no warranty or just save my money for something else

Nivek 12-11-2013 10:13 AM

Burton is covering all Forum warranties.

snownstuff 12-11-2013 03:50 PM

I'm getting some Shakas then!

snownstuff 12-12-2013 07:30 PM

Hopefully ordering a pair tomorrow!
