Recommend Union binding for a stiff board - 2011 K2 Slayblade

Hi

I need a recommendation on a pair of Union bindings to mount on a stiff board -(2011 K2 Slayblade).
This is my 4th year of riding. I ride resort groomers. No problem bombing down black on regular stance and can ride switch with on any blue. I started hitting small 180 and learning how to butter last season. I am interested in learning to carve better and have no interest in Park and half pipe.

Should I get a stiff binding because I already have a stiff board, or could I get away will something with a mid flex?

Thanks in advance for any comments or suggestions
