Default Union Atlas 2013 vs 2014

Does anybody know the difference between the two? I've been searching the web for a bit and can't really tell the difference besides in price.

I'm looking to use atlas bindings on my k2 darkstar and 32 lashed boots.

The toe ratchet system improved and they filled in the area underneath the heel of your foot.

It used to be like a bridge but now it is filled. Other than those two everything else is the same.

Brand new heel and toe ratchets and extended holes on the ladders.
The toe cap has been redesigned and new materials are used.
The space underneath the heel has been filled in so it doesn't sag after extended use.
Highback is a bit stiffer.

I want to say that the ankle strap was updated as well, but not 100%.

I gotta say that my 2014 Union factory toe rachet is MUCH better than the 2013 Union forces that I had. Never gets stuck!
