Make sure your boots are clean and just take your boots into the store; check to see if they fit into the bindings. I like a tight fit, so I'd try to squeeze them into the S/M first.

Hey

Get the L/XL.
I have them in S/M and I wear size 9 shoes and I cant fit the toe cap over the toe area because they are too small.

I have the 9 1/2 ride triad boot that has a reduced foot print and it just barly fits my s/m 390 boss. I have the toe cap maxed out and it was a pain getting it to start ratcheting at first when on hill trying to strap in. It has stretched enough after breaking in that it's not a hassle anymore, but I don't think even a half size bigger boot would fit them to be honest. So if your in a size 10 I'd say the l/xl especially if it's not a reduced foot print.
