Default Union Contact sizing issue

So I have planned to order some Union FORCES (not contacts, typo) and am not sure about sizing.
I have size 10 Deeluxe Alpha boots, but I think they may run larger than regular boots or something , apparently Deeluxe have a weird size chart. Anyway, I have tried my friend's size L Burton Custom bindings and the toe strap barely fit around the end of my boot. He also has size 10 boots, but they're zoom forces. So what I want to know is:

M/L or L/XL for union forces?

Do Deeluxe boots run larger than normal?

Or do Nike Zoom Forces run smaller than normal?

Cheers guys.

EDIT: It is not possible for me to try on the Union Contacts, I'm in Australia and there's only one board shop in my state.

Those boots are almost a whole size bigger in length. Just make sure you get the boots and bindings centered properly on your board. Cheers.

Wow, really? I didn't realise that. Hopefully I won't have too much heel or toe drag then as I have a regular width board. I thought they were only a half size bigger.

Also, I made a mistake; I'm getting Union Forces, not Contacts , but I doubt there would be much difference with the sizing problem.
