Binding questions.

Anyone know if the new flow flite bindings are good? Would they fit a Burton board with 3d mounting? Also are Burton freestyle and Burton custom bindings channel mounting?

They are a great binding to get into snowboarding, and enjoy the benefits of SpeedEntry (easy to get inn&out of, no need to sit on your butt and ratchet in all the time).
Since the Flite series are more forgiving, they are more suited for beginner to intermediate riders.
If you are looking for more support and response, Flow offers bindings higher up in the line too, like the Quattro, Five and Fuse series. The NX2 series are the stiffest and most responsive of them all.

The Flite, Quattro and Five models will fit standard 4x4, 4x2, and the Burton 3-hole pattern with the disks provided in the box. If you want to mount these models on a Channel board, you will need to buy an extra set of Flow Channel disks on the Flow website or from your shop.
Flow Fuse and NX2 series bindings use a multi-disk that fits all mounting systems including the Channel (M6)
