K2 Cinch - not impressed :(

Last time I went boarding I tried out K2 Cinch with my Northwave Legend boots. Love the boots (size 10.5), but the Large cinch did not fit so the shop sold me Extra Large. After only 5 days boarding the cinch mechanism had scuffed and compressed the heel on the legend boots and worn soft padding off the bindings. The shop contacted boot and binding reps but in the end I was left with a poorly matched combination.

IMHO do not get XL K2 Cinch bindings to fit size 10.5 Legend Boots

I bought a second hand board with drake bindings and the they fit much better.

sorry, we would have told you to not buy those bindings.

I've bought gear I hated.

With most quick entry bindings boot footprint (width, size, etc) really comes into play. I had some Vans with my Flows, they worked but it was a very snug fit. I switched to K2 boots and they fit like butter in my Flows.
