M6 screws missing, available at most ski area shops?

Just picked up a board and some burton customs. I actually looked in the box real quick and saw the cardboard piece that holds the screws. Unfortunately when I got home I see that only the black 13mm are attached to it, none of the 16mm.

Are these commonly available and I should be able to pick some up at the mountain tomorrow? Where I bought them is way too far out of the way to make it worth the drive and I'm planning on playing hooky from work and try my new board tomorrow.

Oh, and how the hell do you remove the reflex bottom to mount them? Everything I try to push makes me feel like i'm going to break something

some of the shops have it. they should be free or call burton services. but you won't get it tomorrow.

Don't pay for it. not even shipping.

I guess I can borrow them from my sons board, he's not going tomorrow. But we are both planning on going this weekend. I'll call burton tomorrow but even being in Mass I'm thinking I won't get them in time. I can at least check at the area to see if they have them for a backup plan for the weekend.

Oh, and figured out the fullbed.

I'd be shocked if burton tried to charge you; I get various screws sent to me, a lost ratchet here and there, never a charge.

I know they will. It's just a timing thing. My 2nd time boarding tomorrow, brand new board. Kinda want to use it. Just kicking myself because I know this happens sometimes and I even checked to ensure it didnt, just did a half assed job doing it.

You talking about the footbed? If so, at the back there should be two taps you put your fingers under them and pull up, the footbed is hinged near the toes.

See the two tabs at the back?
