Hello!! So ive been out of snowboarding for around 2 years... got a girlfriend that was the typical mall queen. didnt let me do anything.. so i ditched her a few months back and it got cold yesterday and the board bug hit me again... I started pulling out all my gear.
heres my problem... As i was looking at my bindings (burton cartel -2009 model) my high back is broken where the screw thing is...
where can i get a high back to replace this? it doesnt have to be "exactly" matching or have any special kinda feature.. just something that works. and isnt outrageously expensive. Ive looked but most stuff is a crazy color and such.. and im not sure if the new high backs will fit my outdated cartels...
thanks!! im sure i could call burton and get something but id rather find out from here.
Because I figured it would be easier if someone knew a website to order from instead of straight through the company. From my experience things are cheaper that way. If nobody knew any options, I would call burton. Just checkin the forums. And I've seen they haven't changed a bit since I used to come here.
Just call Burton Rider Services...not sure why you wouldn't start there. Worst thing is they tell you you're out of luck, but most people find they are very helpful. Not sure I understand your logic of starting here...odd.
Like everyone else said email burton. I had a broken high back and emailed them with pics of it. They didn't have an exact replacement because my binding was some weird old special edition or something, but they shipped me the closest model replacement for freez
