Default Quechua bindings don't fit Burton board

Hi all, I'm after some help if possible? I bought some Quechua bindings from eBay as my original Burton ones are getting a bit old. Unfortunately when I've tried to fit them the holes don't seem to quite line up (they are soooo close its ridiculous). Can anyone give any advice on what I can do? Thanks

Why did you go with Quechua? I didn't think they made bindings anymore... let alone decent bindings to replace your Burtons. Is Quechua a decathalon house brand?

Either way, to answer your question you will need to put some pics up on here so we can see what is happening.

Thanks for the responses. I brought them off eBay as spares as one of the buckles old Burton Freestyle v11 is working but once tightened just hangs and I was concerned that it might give completely while I am in my holiday. I'll attach a picture of that if anyone can advise if OK? Luckily I got the Quechua bindings quite cheap so I might just bin them and invest in some new Burton ones instead :grinning: Thanks again

You could always mod your baseplates with a drill.

So you're worried about a binding ratchet because the recoil spring is broken? Just ride it's fine.

Cheers Burton Avenger :grinning:, I just wasn't sure they'd be OK and I just didn't want them to give out while I was on holiday was all. Hopefully they last out
