Default Opinions on 2015 Union Flite

Did a search on these but didn't really find anything. So basically I was in a pinch and had to buy bindings the day before a trip and was limited to what the shop had in stock. I went with the Union Flite (really wanted the Force but none available) and based on my research and what the guy at the shop was telling me, this is a softer binding.

I'm 215 lbs riding a 161 NS Legacy. Is this binding way too soft for me? Or at my (relatively low) skill level will it even make a difference? At this point I couldn't care less about park riding, I'm just trying to clean up my turns and trying to eventually carve (still a long way to go!). I noticed that I like to get low and really lean into turns if that makes any difference.

At this point is it worth it to change to the stiffer Force? The shop said they'll exchange it for me if I order from their central warehouse, I just have to make the trek there.

I think softer bindings might actually help you in learning.

had the 2014 flite pro and found it way to soft for both park and carving, but its mostly personal preference.

That's what I heard too. Would the additional stiffness be lost on a noob like me anyway? I'm not sure what 'stiffer' would feel like so I just think the Flites were...adequate?

You won't be able to tell the difference. Don't worry about it.
