Hello all!
My brother and I both have had our fair share of vintage boards with "non-modern" mount patterns, and a few weeks back while I was back at college he shot me a text seeing if I was interested in making some adapter plates for his board, as well as for mine.
I was wondering if there was any interest in aluminum adapters for any certain patterns. I have yet to complete a list of measurements of all of them, but with a little help and info, anything can be made.
I have access to a waterjet and am well versed in such.
They would probably be aluminum, 1/4" thick, sleek, and optimistically costing around $50-$60 dollars for a pair, plus shipping (can fit in flat rate).
And before I am told, yes, I have found the V-Plate adapters. I am a fan of the large range of versatility, however I will never need something that swissarmy-esque. I am also not a fan of plastic and theirs is out of my price range for what I need it for.
Anyways, I was just wondering if anyone is interesting. If I can be supplied with a few simple dimensions for your board, I can make them.
Cheers,
-Tanner
