I had to get my board tuned because it had some pretty deep scratches in it and i just asked them to but newscrews in the back bindings because they keep getting loose. So instead of just putting new screws in it they decided ot get a drill and just tighten them all the way and now i cant gte them out. i heard using a drill is bad for the board, should i just det a drill and loosen them or what?

I had the same problem at the beggining of the season. But all of my screw heads stripped on my back binding. I went to my local home depot and bought some grabits which are screw extractors, and some screws that match the ones for my board and I was good to go. After that I never used a drill ever! Just use a screw driver that's a size 3 and get some good torque on it and you will be fine.
