Salomon Patriot...are they cap strap?

Total noob question, but are the Salomon Patriot 2010 bindings cap strap (ie: like the Burton Customs that cup your toes)?

I'm looking to buy cap strap bindings and I was under the impression that only Burton made them, but it seems pretty much everyone does.

Here's a link to the one's I'm looking at, they look cap strap to me but nothing in the description says 'cap strap'.

I have Salomon Savage boots so I figured it would make sense to buy Salomon bindings too in the hope they might provide a slightly better fit.

Cheers in advance.

Yes, you can run it as a toe strap(Cupping your boot), or over the boot, whichever you prefer
