binding predicament

so, this weekend I was feeling lazy so I got my board waxed instead of doing it myself. when I got my board back I realized my stance had been adjusted, no big deal, but when I got my screw driver and started to loosen the bolts they wouldn't budge. The dumbass who workes at the shop tightened the bindings so tight that they will not move, I've been working on them all night and have tried multiple screwdrivers and a drill. The bolts are on so tight that the metal cutouts where the screwdrver fits are starting to warp into one big cutout circle. If any of you have experienced something like this I would love to know if and how you got the bolts unstuck.

thanks

This happened to me with Union bolts. They rusted into the inserts of my Jones Aviator. Brought it to a shop and the guys at the workshop tried with many things and finally cut the head of the screw with a buffer. But the buffer heated and melt a bit of my disc and the topsheet of the board. Added to that, the screw is still in the insert with no head.

I was not happy at the shop neither at Union for those cheap bolts that I replaced rightaway with Burton ones. Luckily, this was only one bolt that is jammed but I am pissed at the guys of the workshop and made a claim for at least a rebate on my next purchase...

Have you done your tries in the warm living room? Iron, like other materials, shrinks in cold and widens in warmth.

Move the board to a cold place.
Only use a correctly fitting Phillips!! Any other screwdriver plus not enough force only screw the heads of the screws.

Really need a picture to see how dire the head is. But this is looking like a one and done post and we are just talking to ourselves.

I don't think a change in ambient temps is likely to help here. However they do sell compressed freeze spray cans that you can use to really try to freeze a specific area to break it free. Unfortunately heat and expansion works better, but for obvious reasons taking my go to methylacetylene torch to your board is probably not a great idea.
