I understand I'm in the minority here, but I've been a fan of Flows for about 5 years now. I don't want to see another Flow vs. Traditional debate, I'm just here to tell my story. Recently they went above and beyond and really helped me out. I bought a pair of lightly used 2010 NXT FRs and the seller didn't include the center cover plates, plate screws, and one of the bolts holding a strap was missing. Needless to say I was pretty bummed, as I was forced to ride my 2010 NS Premier with my old 08 Flows. Not a bad setup at all, but i knew i was missing out. I sent an email to Flow inquiring about ordering the necessary parts last Monday and received a reply Tuesday asking for my shipping address. Well yesterday all the parts plus some extras arrived at my doorstep free of charge! I couldn't be happier. Got a chance to ride them today and they rock. Super stiff, supportive, and responsive...perfect compliment to the premier.

I just called them yesterday for a spare column bolt, no charge. I was stupid and forgot to tighten mine at the start of the season, so it fell out. I know I should have bitched and whined and posted here about how Flow bindings suck because of it. I took the childish way out, realized it was my fault, picked up the phone, and did something to solve my problem. In the meanwhile, a quick trip to the hardware store took care of the problem. :dunno:

I'm actually mad at Flow right now. One of the ladders on my strap ripped into the leather. I think it's because it got caught on my boot or something while I was stepping out. At any rate, they ensured me that they will send it within a couple of weeks. Third week, no new straps and no reply to my emails. I'm about to go through the main customer service (Christian forwarded my problem to another rep). Oh well. Guess I'll give my complaint to them at the test fest in a couple of weeks.
