It refers to your boot size, which may be different than your shoe size. A suggestion, buy your boots first, then buy bindings to fit your boots. Not vice versa.

Definately get boots first before the bindings....i dont know how other company are, but burton created a thing called shrink technology on their boots which noticeably decreases the bulkiness of their shoes. so if u were to buy a LG binding, it may go well with other boots, but if u buy burton boots with that shrinkage, then the same bindings may be too big Bottom line, if u already own boots, then take it with you to the store and make sure it sits snug in whatver bindings u buy |
