they are alright. on the slopes nobody really care that much as online. plus, the 2011 390z has that similar color also.

i like the color, but most importantly the "toe strap" thing, im worried that it wont work as good as the other bindings??

Toe straps are awesome. I like 'em cause they hold my boot in my binding better and I'm less likely to get any sort of pressure points from the strap. I don't like that mine have a tendency to drag on the ground when I get off the lift. I think there's some other downside but I can't remember it.
