Flow Customer Service is awesome!
I know it's bad form to cross-post like this, but I didn't want to leave a negative subject line out there after the good experience I had with Flow this morning. In case you didn't read the other thread, my 2009 Flow NXT FRX's developed a frayed tension cable which I noticed as I was packing my board for Tahoe Thursday. I e-mailed Flow's customer service addy and they got back to me within an hour. Even though the bindings are a couple of months out of warranty, they're shipping out the repair part to Tahoe Dave's for me, and they'll get them fixed. I'm stoked.
Again, sorry for the cross-post, but good customer service shouldn't go unrecognized.
