Anyone use toe caps? - Snowboarding Forum

I just recently bought salomon bindings that are the toe strap but can be used as the toe cap as well and I was wondering if anyone has a preference over the other?

try em both ways and see which is more comfortable...

personally, i will never go back to on-top-of-the-toe straps... toecappahs fo life sucka

I love toe caps/ straps its like the strap isnt there, but still has the hold I want. Normal over the toe straps have always caused pressure points in my boots.

I tried mine both ways and prefer to use it as a cap, seems much more comfortable.

Who doesn't use cap straps?! I didnt even know bindings were still made withouth them

Toe cap is the way to go. You'll feel the differnce

This season is the first time I used the toe caps. OMG....soo soo much more comfy that my old Burton C14s. No pinching, no toe numbness from over ratcheting. I love em on my Targas.

I'm pretty sure it's been stated in here somewhere, but toecaps are definitely the way to go.
