i use the team and a couple things i dont really care for are:the buckles are plastic.for a $400 binding they should be aluminum.the shitty hardware they come with.i just got replacement hardware from flow yesterday.and this weekend the buckle kept popping up from locked position so when i kicked my back foot in the powerstrap would be pushed down to tight to slide my foot in.thank god i only paid $125 on black friday or i would be pissed.
the nxt-se are the team binding with aluminim base instead of magnesium.
ive already replaced hardware with my own whick will never fail so besides the new buckle issue i love the feel of the binding.
