2009 Ride RX bindings come loose

Anyone else have this issue? I got these brand new about two months ago. After about 3-4 days of riding I notice the top strap of my rear binding comes loose and I have to squat down and tighten it every now and then...

I don't have RX's but I have the female 2009 Lxh's and they do the same thing. The baseplate screws started getting loose after a few runs as well. I extended the toe strap as wide as it goes and made it a toe cap and it helped significantly. Haven't had problems with it since.

I just ordered some 2010 Ride RXs. I heard they're pretty awesome. I hope so!
