Yeah, they are sending some 16mm screws. No downward pressure needed now...

Do you guys have difficulty in adjusting the Heel Cup/Loop on the Forces? I need to bring it back to reduce toe edge from boot overhang but its either stiff to move, or I'm doing something wrong? I'm well aware of which screws need to be loosened and removed to adjust

The heelcups are indeed pretty hard to budge, especially the first time (for good reason). Try squeezing in the sides of the heelcup as you push or pull to see if you can get some movement. Once you get it to budge the first time, it'll be much easier to extend/retract as needed.

The first time I tried to extend the heelcup on my Forces, I had to pull with so much force to get any movement that I ended up pulling the entire heelcup from the baseplate.
