Rome Madison are pretty amazing womens bindings for freestyle/all mountain.

My girl has them and loves em! Super comfy, proper flex, and the ratchets are easy to get out of

Yup, Rome Madisons like Milo stated, Ride DVAs and K2 Virtues are other bindings you might want to look at.

I own both the Madisons and the Virtues and love them both.

The Virtues: less expensive, comfortable, excellent ratchets, durable, light, very adjustable
Madisons: more expensive, but also look higher end, insane cushioning, excellent ratchets, durable, a bit heavier than the Virtues, very adjustable

Also consider: Ride DVA, Burton Lexa, Union Trilogy

All of the above are excellent bindings. I would look for the one at the best price. I bought my Virtues at REI.com last year for $35!
