2010 ride contraband or delta mvmnt ? - Snowboarding Forum

Now that I have a ride kink for my park board, I was wondering if you guys could tell which binding I should get. I've got my eyes on either the contrabands or the delta mvmnts. Which ones would you pick and why? Thanks

From my conversation with a Ride rep it sounded like the Contrabands are geared more towards freestyle/park riding, while the Deltas are stiffer and more for all-mountain freestyle.

The contrabands will definitely give you a lot more play for park riding (ie rails, boxes, jibbing). I've never taken these out of the park, so I can't comment on how they would perform there. The deltas are stiffer, but definitely parkable and will allow you to take your board out of the park if you wanted.
