hello, just bought these

getting a little frustrated now, i cant release the screw on the rear heel hinge to move it in one hole. i turn the screw and the other end (screw head on inside of binding) also turns. tried doing it with 2 screw drivers but am starting to round the screw head off :-(

the screw on the outside is notched though also

anyone else had this? i cant be the only person!

What are you doing continuing to turn a screw if you are stripping it? I'm sorry to tell you this, but if a screw strips, it's a user error, not the manufacturer's.

Don't worry though, Flow has excellent warranty service. Just contact them and send it in. They'll fix it for you. Also take some time to look through the user's manual next time you have a question like this. The manual outlines how to adjust your equipment.

funny thing is, bought the bindings from bargainboards.co.uk and it did not come with instructions etc so i looked on youtube and got instructions. i have contacted them and told them but waiting for a reply.

if you saw the screw you would understand that its a task and half for anyone to undo, the screw and washer on the outside a notched, so i tried loosening it from the inside. tried this and noticed the outside turned also. put a screw driver in at each end to try and stop one end turning but nothing.... tried numerous times and then the screw has given up.

i decided to move them when tweaking with the settings... i know i should have stopped or done something but my patience ran out and frustration kicked in :-( found out also that the customer service center for flow in the uk is only 30 mins down the road so will try there tomorrow

Thanks
