flow board + other brand binding = good or?

quick question

can i buy a flow board and use non-flow bindings with it? any pro's/cons to it?

friend wants to get this one Flow Elation Snowboard - Women's from Dogfunk.com and rather not go with flow bindings.

cheers

absolutely you can pretty much use any binding on the market (except burton est's of course).

there are only pros if you end up using the gear you like. Using another binding brand won't result in any loss of performance

Flow uses standard 4-hole patterns, so anyone will fit. Flow boards are great for the money, IMO. My cousin rocks the Merc with Burton bindings.
