What bindings should I get? D: - Snowboarding Forum

Well I most likely will get a 2010 Rome Artifact 159 board. What bindings would be good if I want to ride 60% park and 40% normal/carving?

I was looking at K2 Hurrithanes or Unions.

Anything else?

Rome 390s/390 Boss. Sick freestyle bindings that will still handle carving fine.

union contacts are pretty flexy and nice for the mountain too
if you want them a little stiffer, go for the 390's as stated above

The only problem I have with the 390's is the price...

i've never ridden the hurrithanes, but union and rome make excellent bindings. the union contact is a fantastic binding that pairs well with a freestyle board

If your worried about price, try and find some 2010 390's. The 2011 have canted footbeds, but otherwise they are the same bindings.

Sweet, they are a little more expensive, but go better with the neon pink and white board

I actually think the Flites will work best with the Artifact. I would choose Indy's over Hurrithanes
