Flux vs. 390 boss > all mountain
Hey guys, got a NS Revolver and looking to put some all mountainish bindings on it to slay the park but be stiff enough to shred. Comfort is an issue since I recently broke my foot and I like to strap in tight.
Rome 390 Boss - pretty much everyone recommended these. Flux TT30 - Never tried Flux, heard great things, meant to be comfy Flux SF45 - Shredding bindings. Are they too stiff for park or can I switch in a urethrane back for park days (compatible?) They all come in cool colours. |
I love my Flux Titans. Most comfortable bindings I've ever tried by a long shot. Definitely soft and park oriented, but they can handle all-mountain just fine.

390 definitely! But then again I never really tried the fluxes yet :p
|
I say go with the flux TT30s(Titan). Their toe cap is awesome and I too like to strap in pretty tight and I dont get any pressure points with my Super Titans. Very very comfortable.

Has anyone tried the switchable highback on the SF45 for park. Be swish if I could get some stiff bindings for bombing that I could tweak for jib parties. Otherwise TT30 seems the go
|
I can say I love my Flux Super Titans and Feedbacks. I've also got the TT30 on the way!

Flux doesn't have a switchable highback...If you want the SF45 with urethane it's called the DS45. The SF45's are a responsive binding but far from too stiff for the park. Check out scott vine in the new bear mountain movie rocking them in the park.

I snagged the SF45's for my SL. I had my foot in last years Titans and liked those. First time my boots haven't been in a Ride binding. The SF45's seem like a do it all binding. As Extremo said, they are a more responsive binding but with the ability to still lap the park
