Looking For Bindings That Will Do Some Park

Hey every'buddy',

After 3 years of snowboarding I finally decided to get my own set up. I picked up a Burton Custom 158 (yea yea channel) and am on the hunt for some bindings that will allow me to do a good amount of park (I'm aware my custom isn't a full-on park board). I still want some performance for the occasional black though, if that makes sense. With that said, and avoiding as much Burton bashing as possible, what's a good binding - money being no object?
Thanks!

Since you're dealing with the EST, go Cartels and don't look back. I'm no Burton fan in the least, but the Cartels are one of the best damn all-around bindings out there. Period. Get them.

Save on Burton CO2 EST Snowboard Bindings Oxide - Mens Snowboards Binding Snowboarding Gear Equipment

Haha yesssss! Those are the ones I'm leaning towards. Thanks for your honest opinion despite your feelings toward Burton.
Anyone else have some ideas they want to throw out?

I still say Cartels. CO2s are still going to be awfully stiff for park riding. I think the Cartels are the better all-around binding if you're wanting to do a good amount of park.

If you're the type of person that just has to shell out big bucks to feel like you're getting quality equipment, the get the CO2s.

No, I just want to do my best to take everyone's advice on not skimping out on equipment. And I doubt the CO2's are for me anyway because of what you just said. I have till about Thanksgiving to decide, too but I'd like to be prepared when I walk in to the shop etc. Thanks for getting back with me.

Malavita or Mission.

Get the Cartels, they will be great for what you want to do. I have both Cartels and CO2s, linvillegorge is correct, the CO2s are too stiff for the park.

I think the new Cartels are also too stiff for the park. I prefer the highback on the Malavita

also look at malavitas, ther are more for park than cartels, but great all mountain binding
