Has anyone had to contact Union before? I got my Force in the mail on Monday and the right toe ratchet was bouncing around in the box because it was missing the screw that holds it onto the toe strap. I was pretty bummed but I figured no biggie and shot Union an Email through their C3 distributor in Seattle. Still haven't heard back from them so today I gave C3 a call. The receptionist transfered me to the parts and warranty department but no one picked up so I left a voicemail. I'm thinking that their warranty department might not be in full swing seeing as how the season hasn't started in most places but the PNW is supposed to get snow this weekend and into next week and I'd be bummed If I had to ride my old bindings because of something simple like this. Have any of you had any experiences with Unions CS?

I've contacted Union before. They were really helpful. I had a problem with my footbeds and couldn't figure out what was wrong. Long story short, the screw they gave me wasn't long enough but I just bought a replacement from Home Depot. GL man, hopefully they take care of you.
