Help! My boyfriend is helping me update my equipment by getting me some bindings to go with my new Arbor Push, and the sales guy at the local shop sold him Ride Zeta MVMNTs (from last year) would be perfect for me. I don't know too much about equipment, but I don't think that these bindings would be appropriate.
I'm an advanced, aggressive rider and am more interested in racing down the mountain than heading to the park. Everything I can find about the Zetas suggests that they're much more freestyle oriented. I want a stiff and responsive binding rather than a soft freestyle one. Even after my bf explained this to the sales guy, the guy still insisted that the Zetas would be ideal. Was the sales guy right? Do you guys think the Zetas would work for me? Or should I exchange them for something I really want (like K2 Agogos)? |

I think you should get the agogos.
I have some ride bindings, and some auto evers. The auto's are much more comfortable charging big lines on the mountain. Very responsive with flex in all the right ways.
