Quick question for those that may know - Is there a difference between the toe ratchets on the Union Force and Datas? I have a set of Datas from the 08/09 season where one of the toe ratchets needs replacements. I got in contact with Union/C3 Warranty Dept and they said they no longer have any from that year. My local shop tossed me a pair of spare Contact ratchets but they didn't hold onto the strap well (slipped after only moderate force on the strap).
So, another question is - is there a difference for the toe ratchets between the 08/09 and current model Datas? or Forces? Thanks! |

Well I am using the 09/10 Data ankle strap on my 08/09 Contacts. Only switched that straps, not the ladders. Also for a time used the 09/10 toe ratchets from my SL's on my Contacts, didn't touch the ladders again.

Since you already scored free new ratchets, all you need to do is acquire the super cheap plastic ladder straps to match.
