conrebands and 390 bosses

so what are the main differences between contraband and 390 boss. I know 390 boss has the yes i cant pads and contraband has the wedgies pads that you can buy. Also i know the 390 boss has the asymmetrical highback but i dont get what they do entirely. And obviously the contraband has the single ratchet thing. Also I'd like to know which bindings are more flexible.

I need the binding thats pure park b/c i have a freeride set and my new board is the artifact so this set up is strictly park. Im planning on doing more jibs and rails this season. I'm kind of leaning toward the contrabands because they are $30 cheaper but idk yet.

yea and i spelled contrabands wrong in the title my bad

Contras come with wedgies...

Go for them. They'll match up well with the Artifact

I was having the same dilemma just two days ago. I ended up keeping the contrabands. The contrabands are lighter than the 390s. Between both canted foot beds, no doubt the wedgies are the best. The have those gel inserts at the front and back, as well as having the whole foot bed only being one piece. To be honest, since the 390s have a feature that pulls the ankle strap out, I believe those would be quicker to strap in, seeing as the ankle strap on the contrabands flops in. EVERYONE was telling me to go for the 390s, but I just tried to do my own thing. The contrabands look sick on my board, are extremely lightweight, have the best canted foot bed, new innovation, and it's worth the try. As long as you have them set up properly, you should love them. Try them, and if you don't like them, you know what to steer clear from.
