Question On Flux TT30???

In search of new binding and ive heard great thing about Flux in the last couple of years. I am/was currently riding on 09/10 Burton Cartels. Ive always rode Burton Bindings thats why i need to change it up and ive been reading on here great reviews on the Flux tt30's. My question is i need a great all around binding. Im not big into the park scene but will always hit a couple of jibs and jumps here and there. How are the Flux for how i ride?? Any imput will help.

Thanks in advance!!!

The TT30s are comparable to the Cartels but in my opinion you should go with the SF45 if you won't be hitting the park regularly. You should be fine with either of them, the TT30s would have more flex so it depends on your preference.

This thread need Triple8Sol to chime in, he has both and is in the perfect position to give the right answer.

Well I actually didn't ride the TT30's but comparing the RK's and DS's, I would actually prefer the DS45's. They have a little softer side to side and actually make a good park binding.

Thanks you guys. I take it as if the tt30 are some what the same as my Cartels, its kinda pointless right??

Also how are union forces?? I just need to get away from Burton for a while, to see if theres anything better out there. So any bindings would help, doesnt need to be Flux

Forces will feel like your Cartels with a softer highback. If you really want something different feeling look into M9's or Contact Pros.

The SF45's are a sick binding...much better than the Union Force, esp for what you want out of a binding.

Truth be told, I just got the TT30 and haven't ridden them yet. I did ride the Feedbacks plenty, which are very very similar to this year's SF45, but a couple small differences. That said, by feel, the 2 bindings have a similar highback flex. The SF45's are a little taller, about 1cm, so not as high as your Cartel skybacks (then again nothing else out there is). The main difference is that the SF45 base is a bit stiffer than the TT30, but I can't comment on that difference yet. I think the SF45 will be a much better replacement for your Cartels. That or the DS45.
