So the shop said my L Contrabands I bought this summer wouldn't fit so I had to get XL contrabands for my 10.5 Salomon Boots. The Toe strap goes over fine but the boots seem too thin for the bindings. I ride mainly park so would this be a big enough deal to return the bindings and get completely new ones?

A Salomon 10.5 has the footprint more of an 11 or 11.5. You should be fine in that size. It has width adjustment at the toe. Go to the Ride website and watch the setup video.
